Information Technology Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our IT function as part of a broader digital transformation. The role oversees infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives, ensuring technology aligns with business objectives across multiple units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT operations, including infrastructure, ERP (Oracle E‑Business Suite), POS systems, and end‑user support.
• Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap in line with business goals.
• Oversee administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS, ERP modules, and system integrations.
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, vendor relationships, cybersecurity initiatives, disaster‑recovery planning, and IT governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions, improve efficiency, and automate processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while ensuring compliance with policies and continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing ERP systems, preferably Oracle E‑Business Suite.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, network administration, system integration, disaster recovery, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
