Information Technology Recruiter

About the role

The Information Technology Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for IT and technical positions at Q‑Soft, a leading system integrator in Doha. This full‑time, on‑site role partners with hiring managers to understand requirements, build pipelines and ensure timely hiring for project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑life cycle recruitment for IT and technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks and talent pools.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and hiring criteria.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Schedule interviews, manage offer processes and support onboarding activities.
• Conduct market research on IT talent trends and represent Q‑Soft at career events.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within IT or technology services.
• Demonstrated ability to fill technical positions within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eligibility to work on‑site in Doha, Qatar.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with common IT roles, technologies and skill sets.
