About the role

This internship offers entry‑to‑intermediate level professional services experience under the supervision of senior staff. The role is designed to develop practical skills and expertise aligned with the organization’s operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within your area of expertise.
• Interact with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to plan assignments and resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Receive guidance, training, and mentoring from professional personnel while carrying out assigned activities.
• Conduct original research and prepare reports with recommendations or alternative proposals, as directed by unit management.
• Provide day‑to‑day guidance and support to student employees or fellow interns when appropriate.
• Undertake related studies or enrichment programs that support the unit’s specific objectives.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant academic program.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal and external parties.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
