IT & Digital Transformation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the development and execution of our Group’s technology strategy. The role will oversee the full spectrum of IT services, from infrastructure and cloud platforms to cybersecurity and enterprise applications, driving innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Group’s IT and digital transformation roadmap.
• Lead the management of IT infrastructure, cloud services (Azure), cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
• Champion AI, automation, and digital initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee ERP, Microsoft 365, BIM, project management and business intelligence platforms.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensure technology governance and regulatory compliance.
• Build and mentor high‑performing IT teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or Engineering.
• 8–15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity and ERP systems.
• Experience in the construction or engineering sector is highly preferred.
