IT Manager

About the role

QIASS is looking for an IT Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of its technology environment. The role ensures reliable IT services, supports staff, and contributes to infrastructure enhancements across the academy.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms and end‑user systems.
• Manage user accounts, backups, system documentation and IT asset inventory.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system migrations and technology projects.
• Support business continuity and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Implement system security measures, patch management and IT best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support.
• Provide timely assistance to staff and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, IT, Cybersecurity or related field, or 10+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional IT administration experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
