IT Project Manager – Finance Background, Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a finance background and fluency in Arabic to lead and deliver IT projects in our Doha office. The role involves defining project objectives, planning, execution, and ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives aligned with business needs and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and hand‑over.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants, contractors, and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee site mobilisation, resource allocation, logistics and ensure timely demobilisation.
• Conduct design reviews and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and enforce compliance with project plans to achieve profitability and required results.
• Analyse business needs, draft business cases, and collaborate with IT to ensure solutions fit corporate architecture.

Required profile

• Professional experience in IT project management, preferably within the finance sector.
• Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
• Experience in business analysis and preparing business cases.
