IT Project Manager – Wealth & Asset Management

About the role

HireAlpha is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end initiatives within its Wealth Management, Private Banking and Asset Management divisions in Qatar. The role requires a strong background in financial services projects and a PMP certification to ensure disciplined delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects covering wealth‑management and private‑banking solutions.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies across business and technology teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors and internal resources to achieve project milestones.
• Drive requirements gathering, user‑acceptance testing, implementation and production rollout.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering large‑scale projects in wealth management, private banking, asset management or investment advisory.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting wealth‑management services.

• Avaloq system expertise.
• Multifonds product knowledge.
