IT Project Manager – Wealth Management & Private Banking

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large‑scale technology and transformation initiatives across Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Asset Management in Qatar. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of wealth management platforms, coordinating business, technology, and vendor teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects for Wealth Management and Private Banking, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Oversee implementation and integration of wealth and asset management platforms, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, integration and data migration.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and technology partners throughout complex transformation programs.
• Engage senior business and technology stakeholders, providing regular project updates and executive communications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, security and governance standards, driving steering committee meetings and reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through planning, testing, deployment and transition phases.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in banking technology and transformation, with at least 8 years leading large‑scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑vendor transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior executives.
• PMP certification and deep expertise in enterprise project/program management.
