IT Quality Control & Performance Specialist

About the role

An experienced IT Quality and Performance professional is sought to measure, monitor and improve the quality and performance of IT services and solutions, keeping them aligned with established standards, service levels and business expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, monitor and report IT KPIs and SLAs
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports on IT service quality
• Set up quality assurance and testing standards for IT deliverables
• Review vendor and contractor performance against service levels and contracts
• Lead quality reviews, find performance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Drive continuous improvement of IT service delivery and solution quality
• Ensure alignment with quality management and IT service management standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in IT quality assurance, performance management or IT service delivery
• Certifications: ISTQB and ITIL 4 Foundation; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Awareness of ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standards

Required skills

• Test management, QA methodologies and KPI design
• Performance dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills
