ITS Innovation Lead

About the role

The ITS Innovation Lead will drive and coordinate innovation initiatives for the RF004 ITS work order, acting as the main link between Egis, the client (Ashghal) and subcontractors. You will ensure that innovation objectives are clearly defined, funded, and delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage ITS innovation initiatives under the RF004 work order.
• Coordinate with the client to capture requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Plan, track and control the innovation budget.
• Select, evaluate and oversee subcontractors and sub‑consultants.
• Facilitate communication among all stakeholders (client, internal teams, subcontractors).
• Monitor project progress, flag risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to the client and Egis management.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with contractual, quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client‑management and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, structured approach.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project budgeting and cost control.
