Junior Account Manager & Sales

About the role

Mile Zéro is hiring a Junior Account Manager in Doha, Qatar, in a hybrid role combining client account management, creative coordination and new business acquisition. The position suits someone who can manage existing accounts while helping grow the agency. It is full-time with immediate joining, paid by base salary plus sales commission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client accounts, keeping relationships strong and communication clear
• Oversee social media calendars, including content scheduling, publishing and approvals
• Contribute creative ideas, content concepts and campaign suggestions
• Brief and coordinate with designers so deliverables meet client expectations
• Lead client communications, attend meetings and manage follow-ups
• Attend photoshoots and production days when required
• Stay informed on local market trends, competitors and opportunities in Qatar
• Identify, approach and acquire new clients using an existing network and database of contacts
• Build relationships with business owners, marketing managers and decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads, arrange meetings and support pitches, proposals and negotiations
• Identify ways to grow existing client accounts

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Qatari market, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
• Arabic fluency is mandatory, with strong English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate creative projects
• Strong sales potential, negotiation skills and an existing professional network in Qatar
• Currently resides in Qatar with a valid QID; relocation is not available
• Immediate availability is required
