Junior Online Content Manager (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Online Content Manager to support the communication outreach and engagement project on EU policies across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is part of a pool of Non‑Key Experts that will be mobilised on a short‑term, on‑demand basis during the 36‑month project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Draft, edit and publish web content in line with communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
• Ensure content is accurate, up‑to‑date, accessible and user‑friendly.
• Coordinate with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia content.
• Support digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitor website performance and assist with basic web analytics and reporting.
• Maintain content consistency, quality and compliance with EU branding and communication standards.
• Assist with content planning, quality assurance and routine website maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism, web content or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• At least 2 years of general experience in online communication.
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience managing website or online content.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
