Key Account Manager – Qatar

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring and growing the most important client accounts in Qatar. You will act as the single point of contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring client success through effective coordination across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new key accounts and maintain existing relationships with major clients.
• Own an assigned portfolio of key and named accounts, managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
• Identify new projects and pipeline opportunities through continuous communication with key accounts.
• Achieve aggressive year‑on‑year sales targets for data communication products, industrial automation solutions, and related services.
• Understand client requirements, resolve queries, and maximize business profitability.
• Develop local system integrators and partners to increase sales and ensure successful implementation.
• Drive specification of Easy World products in OEM designs and major government projects.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for order placement, delivery, finance, and exception approvals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and developing key accounts, preferably with senior government stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, commercial understanding, and ability to negotiate complex deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, resilient, and capable of strategic thinking and execution.
