Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant serves as a key resource for recreation activities on the property, welcoming guests and promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The position is full-time and non-management, located at Building No. 153, Street No. 347, Lusail, Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Inform guests about recreation facilities such as pools, beach, game room, fitness center and child activities center, and encourage, recruit, register and schedule guests to take part in them.
• Promote the rules and regulations of the facilities for guest safety and welfare, and observe activities while responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Provide cashier services and process payments for rental equipment, activities, facility rentals and retail sales.
• Assist with private functions and group events, and help injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
• Clean and maintain facilities, equipment and supplies, and report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and follow company policies, confidentiality and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience required.
• CPR certification and First Aid certification required.
• Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
