About the role

The Kitchen Admin provides essential administrative support for the hotel’s kitchen operations, handling data entry, correspondence, and guest interactions in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and retrieve information from computer databases, update records, reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Operate standard office equipment, prepare letters, memos, and documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distribution.
• Create and maintain both computer‑ and paper‑based filing systems for records and reports.
• Use point‑of‑sale systems to enter and locate work‑related information.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Answer telephone calls with professional etiquette and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in an administrative or hospitality setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
