Lead Power Platform Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to drive the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade solutions on Microsoft’s Power Platform. The role combines deep technical expertise in PowerBuilder with hands‑on experience building Power Apps, automating workflows, and creating data‑centric applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Pages.
• Design and maintain custom components using PowerBuilder to extend platform capabilities.
• Automate business processes through RPA and integrate solutions with Dataverse.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and scalability requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise applications and automation projects.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
• Experience in the airline industry is a plus.
