Lead Process Improvement Engineer – Facility Management

About the role

The Lead Process Improvement Engineer – Facility Management drives continuous improvement, operational excellence and cost optimisation across FM operations. Working closely with operational, technical and commercial teams, the role combines field assessments with analytical expertise to align service delivery with contractual and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and operational assessments to evaluate actual service delivery and identify performance gaps.
• Review hard and soft FM service delivery, recommend practical improvements and standardise processes across sites.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, analyse workflows and implement efficiency‑boosting changes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Execute structured audits, manage non‑conformances and support ISO management‑system compliance.
• Optimise SLA and KPI frameworks, develop dashboards and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting, cost‑structure reviews and pricing activities from an operational perspective.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a field‑driven approach.
• Experience collaborating with operational, technical and commercial stakeholders in FM environments.
• Ability to conduct site assessments, identify risks and implement corrective measures.
• Familiarity with contractual requirements, internal standards and industry best practices.
