About the role
The Lead Software Engineer will drive end‑to‑end IT delivery for enterprise applications, overseeing integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, cutover and go‑live activities. This senior position leads large‑scale Oracle Fusion and Primavera Unifier implementations and ensures alignment with architecture, security and data governance.
Key responsibilities
- Govern program scope, schedule, budget, risks and overall delivery quality.
- Manage enterprise integrations, data readiness, release management and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners and vendors.
- Lead governance forums, steering committees and provide executive‑level reporting on progress, financials and benefits.
Required profile
- Extensive experience leading large‑scale ERP/digital transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive decisions in governance forums.
