About the role
The Lead Software Engineer will provide Level 1 analysis and act as the primary point of contact with NCR ATM software support. The role supports operational projects, manages incident logs, and ensures smooth deployment of patches and releases for the QNB ATM network.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on findings.
- Support operations projects and address operational issues.
- Assist in deploying patches, development releases, and production fixes following SIT/UAT progress.
- Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases with NCR software support.
- Complete assigned technical requests and support operations management of the QNB ATM network.
