Learning & Development Manager – Multi Property

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will lead performance development and learning delivery for brand and service topics across multiple hotels in the region. You will design, plan, and execute training programs that support hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute learning delivery and leadership development activities for designated hotels.
• Facilitate and deliver on‑property core and brand training for hourly staff, supervisors, and leaders.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on brand and leadership development tools, coaching leaders on their use.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all required training, including new‑hire and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations leaders to drive training compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of hotel operations or related experience.
• Preferred 4‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a hotel‑based Generalist, HR Manager, or operations leadership role.
• Multilingual ability and relevant certifications (TC2, adult‑learning/platform).
