Learning & Development / Training Specialists – Multiple Opportunities

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking experienced Learning & Development and Training professionals for several positions supporting a major organization in Qatar. The role involves analysing learning needs, designing programmes, delivering training, and evaluating outcomes across soft‑skill and technical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training and learning needs analysis for various business units.
• Design and develop training programmes, including soft‑skill, professional development, and technical/electrical modules.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops, both classroom‑based and on‑site.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, prepare reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with ERP, HRIS and LMS teams to integrate learning solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of L&D or training experience, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
• Experience in government, utilities, or large regulated organisations is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• For electrical training roles, a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering and proven technical training delivery experience.
