About the role

We are seeking a Lecturer in TESOL/TEFL to deliver high‑quality instruction to students learning English as a second language. The role involves teaching, curriculum development and assessment, while fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, teach and assess classes according to the curriculum design plans and scheduled contact hours.
• Contribute to departmental committees for the required number of hours each academic year.
• Hold regular office hours and provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
• Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and punctually.
• Deliver evidence‑based professional development sessions.
• Participate in mandatory departmental and college‑wide activities.

Required profile

• Effective use of the institution’s learner management system.
• Proficiency with designated educational technology tools to enhance learning.
• Strong class management skills and a collegial, positive attitude.

Required skills
