Legal Administration Service Professional

About the role

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is looking for an experienced Legal Administration Service professional to join its team in Qatar. The role provides comprehensive operational support to the Legal Unit by managing project schedules, tracking task progress and ensuring deadlines are met. It also supports contract drafting and review, monitors the Legal Unit's budget and ensures compliance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, track task progress and ensure adherence to deadlines for the Legal Unit.
• Prepare detailed reports, meeting agendas and documentation for internal and executive-level meetings.
• Manage internal processes related to project tendering in line with operational standards.
• Maintain an organized electronic filing system for the Legal Unit.
• Support legal drafting, contract review and negotiations in line with legal and organizational standards.
• Monitor and coordinate the Legal Unit's budget to align with operational objectives and project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service providers and cross-functional teams to meet compliance and timeline needs.
• Assist with optimizing staff services and contributing to quality planning within the Legal Unit.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proven track record in legal administration, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures and documentation.
• Native Arabic speaker.
