Lifeguard

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our pool facility in Doha. The role involves constant monitoring of swimmers, rapid response to emergencies, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions, unsafe activities, and swimmers in distress.
• Apply appropriate rescue techniques and provide first‑aid assistance until emergency services arrive.
• Promote facility rules, maintain order, and report accidents or hazards to management.
• Perform pool‑deck duties such as towel handling, cleaning, mopping, and general upkeep.
• Maintain personal appearance and uniform standards, and protect company assets and confidential information.
• Assist with moving, lifting, and transporting objects up to 75 lb and navigate ladders, stairs, and uneven surfaces as required.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and respond quickly to incidents.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 75 lb.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in a pool environment.
