About the role
The company is seeking a Lifting Equipment Engineer to service, inspect, maintain and ensure safe operation of a wide range of lifting equipment, primarily in oil and gas environments in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Service and operate crawler and truck‑mounted cranes with super‑heavy lift capacities.
- Perform inspections, safety assessments and certification‑related qualification work.
- Read manuals and load charts, troubleshoot failures and produce technical reports.
- Draft lifting and rigging scenarios for operational planning.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting equipment engineering.
- At least 5 years working in the GCC region.
- Hands‑on experience with heavy‑capacity crawler and truck‑mounted cranes.
- Previous experience in oil and gas fields.
