Manager OTA & Digital Strategy

About the role

Qatar Airways is seeking a Manager OTA & Digital Strategy to join its Global Leisure Sales team in Doha. The successful candidate will manage the OTA and digital B2B distribution portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability and channel performance through strategic partner management, commercial optimisation and digital distribution initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the OTA and Digital B2B distribution portfolio to achieve revenue, market share and performance targets.
• Develop and deliver account plans, conduct business reviews and commercial discussions with partners.
• Support digital distribution initiatives, including NDC adoption and portfolio optimisation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional OTA and digital B2B partners.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, Digital, Analytics and Regional Sales teams to improve channel performance.
• Monitor partner, channel and customer performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support partner onboarding, content management and technology implementations.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a high school/diploma with at least 9 years of experience.
• Proven experience in the airline or travel industry, managing global or regional OTA partnerships and digital B2B platforms at a senior commercial level.
• Strong background in consultative, data‑led selling within aviation, travel or e‑commerce environments.

Required skills

• Experience managing OTA and digital B2B partnerships.
• Knowledge of New Distribution Capability (NDC) and digital distribution strategies.
• Ability to analyse data and provide commercial recommendations.
