Manager Retail Media Growth

About the role

As a Manager of Retail Media Growth you will join Talabat’s Retail Media Growth team, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will be responsible for a portfolio of advertisers across the MENA region, driving ad sales, expanding relationships and unlocking revenue from both major brands and long‑tail local accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of accounts, including major advertisers and long‑tail clients across local markets.
• Identify growth opportunities, pitch retail media solutions and manage campaigns from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CPG brands, agencies and suppliers, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Marketing teams to develop tailored ad solutions and maximise client ROI.
• Execute go‑to‑market strategies at the account level, including campaign planning, targeting and reporting.
• Track performance, provide actionable insights and support seasonal or category‑specific initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in ad tech, retail media, digital advertising or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a digital advertising environment.
• Strong understanding of ad tech platforms and retail media ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to optimise campaigns.
