Managing Consultant, Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to drive business development for Services across Retail & Commerce and Fintech & Digital segments in Qatar and Kuwait. The role involves generating demand, building senior client relationships, and delivering multi‑year revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage business development activities for Services within Retail & Commerce and Fintech & Digital segments in Qatar and Kuwait with direct revenue and sales responsibilities.
• Refine value propositions, develop customized presentations, and generate multi‑million‑dollar revenues.
• Serve as the face of Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders, including C‑Suite executives.
• Drive coordination across demand generation, marketing, and specialist sales teams.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in consultative sales across consulting services, data products, software platforms, or analytic services in relevant industries.
• Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize senior client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to sell solutions to C‑level clients.
• Excellent networking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree recommended.
