Marketing and Communication Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing and Communication Executive to join our hotel brand within the Accor network. The role will support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and launch campaigns across digital, social, email and traditional channels.
• Manage and optimise content creation for various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, delivering regular reports and insights.
• Support budget management for marketing initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to produce high‑quality marketing materials.
• Maintain the company’s online presence, including website and social media channels.
• Contribute to planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing or a similar role.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding and public relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative thinker with strong project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
