Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communication Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Banana Island Resort Doha, strengthening the resort’s luxury brand positioning, increasing awareness, and driving revenue. This role oversees digital marketing, social media, campaigns, partnerships, content, public relations, and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and action plan aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities to boost brand awareness and revenue.
• Lead digital marketing across social media, search, email, website and other channels, creating engaging content that showcases the resort’s offerings.
• Manage social media calendars, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand implementation across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.
• Produce marketing materials, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Coordinate public relations activities, media relations, press releases, and media visits.
• Plan and execute seasonal, tactical, and promotional campaigns to drive bookings.
• Develop strategic partnerships with travel companies, lifestyle brands, corporate organisations, and influencers.
• Support the planning and promotion of resort events, special occasions, activations, and entertainment programmes.
