Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and coordination of our marketing activities and campaigns. The role blends marketing coordination with administrative support, ensuring smooth delivery of promotional initiatives and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers, and vendors.
• Support creation and coordination of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, social media content, and promotional items.
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and track progress.
• Prepare basic performance reports and monitor campaign milestones.
• Organise photoshoots, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure all marketing communications follow company branding guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team, including reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Maintain records of contracts, invoices, quotations, and budgets; coordinate purchase requests and track departmental expenses.
• Schedule meetings, manage internal and external communications, and assist with travel and event logistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing coordination and administrative support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to follow up on tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team.
