Marketing Executive

About the role

IET Elevators is looking for a creative, proactive, and results‑oriented Marketing Executive to lead integrated marketing activities in Qatar. The role combines digital marketing, branding, content creation, traditional marketing and B2B lead generation to strengthen market presence and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and run social media content calendars, reels, videos and campaigns.
• Plan, implement and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, coordinate website updates, SEO improvements and monitor performance metrics.
• Create and coordinate marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, catalogs and corporate communications, using Canva and AI‑powered design tools.
• Develop B2B marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads, support sales presentations and conduct market research.
• Plan and execute offline activities including exhibitions, corporate events, promotional campaigns and manage printed material production.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans, track budgets, KPIs and produce performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on, multi‑functional marketing experience, preferably in B2B sectors such as engineering, construction or industrial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to work independently.
• Good organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities.
