Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the company's marketing department, shaping strategy, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring brand awareness across local and international markets. This role works closely with sales to align pricing and profit objectives and collaborates with project managers on major events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with corporate goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, forecast expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective plans.
• Lead the creation and approval of promotional materials, website content, and advertising.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including media campaigns, social media, CRM, and website management.
• Organize conferences, trade shows, and other major events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to adjust campaigns.
• Produce detailed reports and presentations for senior executives and subsidiaries.
• Recruit, train, and supervise marketing staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a marketing department or similar function.
• Strong ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and external stakeholder engagement.
• Budget management experience and data‑driven decision‑making.
