Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the Marketing Manager in executing the company’s marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Sterling Restaurants’ diverse portfolio of dining concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing strategies assigned by the Marketing Manager.
• Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to define target audiences.
• Compile, distribute and present marketing concepts, information and strategies.
• Coordinate events and promotional activities.
• Manage production and performance of multimedia content.
• Write and proofread creative copy.
• Maintain websites and track data analytics.
• Monitor and control marketing budgets.
• Manage social‑media community and monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare sales and transaction analyst reports and generate performance reports.
• Handle day‑to‑day internal and external communications in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate reporting manager.
