Marketing Officer

About the role

As a Marketing Officer you will support the implementation of Decorative Marketing plans, coordinating and executing projects, product initiatives, promotional activities and brand communication to drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Support local Decorative Marketing plans aligned with regional strategies and business priorities.
• Coordinate and execute assigned marketing projects across product, brand, retail and communication activities.
• Implement product launches, portfolio updates, packaging changes and related marketing materials.
• Manage promotional programs, brand activations, events and digital/social media activities, including localization of regional campaigns.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, sales and internal departments to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and stakeholders for timely delivery of marketing activities and materials.
• Conduct market visits, monitor competitor activities and analyze market and sales data to support product positioning.
• Handle marketing administrative tasks, documentation, material ordering and reporting in compliance with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, paints, building materials or similar industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic marketing knowledge with strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
