Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Social Media Manager will design and execute integrated marketing and social media strategies that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing and social media plans aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage digital and traditional campaigns across relevant channels.
• Create and maintain a social media content calendar and ensure consistent publishing.
• Oversee production of engaging content such as posts, videos, graphics, ads, and promotional materials.
• Maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and online conversations in a timely manner.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry trend analyses.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, influencers, and other service providers.
• Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures, and report performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing and social media experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibility.
• Proven experience developing marketing strategies and managing integrated campaigns.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to generate leads that support sales targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
