Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our institutional presence and promote community programs and initiatives. The role focuses on planning and executing campaigns that raise awareness, drive engagement, and expand our donor and partner base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with the centre’s objectives.
• Manage digital channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Create engaging marketing and communication content.
• Plan and execute campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
• Coordinate with media outlets for press coverage and public‑relations activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience needs.
• Strengthen relationships with partners, donors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and institutional identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience in NGOs or community‑focused organizations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
