MEP Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are a leading group of companies in Qatar seeking an experienced MEP Maintenance Manager to lead and expand our MEP Maintenance Division. The role involves overseeing all MEP maintenance activities across residential, commercial and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete MEP maintenance operations for various facility types.
• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive planned maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance and repair work with technicians and subcontractors.
• Prepare project cost estimates, quotations and technical reports.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets the highest standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new maintenance contracts and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of MEP maintenance experience in Qatar.
• Experience running a division independently.
• Transferable visa with NOC and a valid driving licence.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance and facility management.
• Familiarity with Qatar regulations and building codes.
• Available in Doha for a face‑to‑face interview.
