Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

About the role

This role develops and maintains Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse customizations for a property and leasing business. It covers CRM development, sales and collection workflows, mobile and portal integrations, and the execution of Phase 2 enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize CRM tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules and business process flows.
• Build and maintain C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, Power Automate flows and CRM-side business logic.
• Implement sales workflows for leads, opportunities, bookings, units, availability and pricing.
• Enhance leasing contracts, renewals, transfers, amendments, cancellations and related approvals.
• Develop collection processes covering payment plans, installments, cheques, rescheduling and payment status.
• Support property management and handover workflows, including requests, notices and unit records.
• Design and maintain secure REST APIs for mobile apps, Broker Portal, Customer Portal and other platforms.
• Integrate CRM with Business Central, including customer, contract, invoice and payment data synchronization.
• Implement authentication, authorization, field mapping, validation, monitoring, retries and integration error handling.
• Test, debug and resolve CRM issues, performance problems and production incidents.
• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, deployment notes and test evidence, and report progress on Phase 2 enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 3-6 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM / Dataverse development experience.
• Ability to work independently on development, testing, deployment and technical documentation.

Required skills

• C#.NET / ASP.NET Core Web API, JavaScript, plugins, Power Automate and Dataverse Web API.
• REST API, JSON, webhooks, OAuth 2.0 / Microsoft Entra ID and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating CRM with Business Central and third-party portals or mobile apps preferred.
