Multiple Adjunct Faculty in Business Administration

About the role

The Community College of Qatar seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate business administration courses on a part‑time basis. Candidates will deliver instruction in subjects such as Introduction to Business, Accounting, Management, Marketing, Project Management, and Operations Management.

Key responsibilities

• Teach one or more assigned business courses, adapting schedule and location to institutional needs.
• Develop and use diverse teaching materials that align with course objectives.
• Review, evaluate, and recommend textbooks and learning resources.
• Continuously improve instructional quality through innovative methodologies and technology.
• Assess student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records and submit required reports within deadlines.
• Utilize educational technology for both teaching and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or Accounting.
• Demonstrated expertise in the discipline(s) to be taught.
• Ability to create engaging learning experiences for undergraduate students.
• Commitment to maintaining academic standards and student records.
