About the role

Aman Hospital is looking for an experienced Nurse Educator to join its clinical education team. The role focuses on developing nursing staff, ensuring clinical competency, and supporting continuous professional development.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and deliver clinical education and training programs for nursing staff.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new nursing employees.
  • Assess learning needs and evaluate staff competency.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and accreditation requirements.
  • Support evidence‑based nursing practice and quality‑improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate education and training records.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Valid Nursing License (QCHP or relevant authority).
  • Minimum 7 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Previous experience as a Nurse Educator or in a training role preferred.
  • Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical education standards and accreditation requirements.
