Nursing Trainer

About the role

Al Emadi Hospital is looking for an experienced Nursing Trainer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for its nursing staff. The ideal candidate has a strong background in nursing education, excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing nursing staff
• Assess training needs and design curricula to meet them
• Run theoretical and practical sessions, workshops and seminars
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
• Keep up with developments in nursing practice and integrate them into training
• Work with nursing management so training matches hospital standards and policies
• Provide individual coaching and support to nursing staff
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (required); master's degree in nursing or education preferred
• Active nursing license in Qatar or eligibility to obtain one
• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Proven experience as a nursing trainer or educator
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
