Occupational Therapist – Pediatric (Special Needs Center)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Special Needs Center. The ideal candidate will work directly with children facing developmental, physical, and sensory challenges, helping them gain independence and confidence in daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children with diverse developmental and sensory processing needs.
• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans aligned with each child’s goals.
• Deliver engaging therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor, sensory, and functional abilities.
• Collaborate closely with speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and educators as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs, exercises, and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate session documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, including hands‑on work with pediatric and special‑needs cases.
• Strong understanding of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and behavioral management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children and families.
