Onshore Project Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Onshore Project Manager to lead the execution of complex energy, chemicals and resources projects. You will act as the primary liaison between the company, customers and key suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise and control all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of assigned programs or projects.
• Represent Worley with customers and selected suppliers, negotiating scope changes and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Establish program requirements, monitor deliverables for compliance, and assign responsibilities to project team members.
• Mobilize resources across support departments, subsidiaries and offices to build effective project teams.
• Develop budgets, schedules and work plans in collaboration with lead discipline engineers.
• Track progress, report milestones, and identify conditions that could affect cost or schedule.
• Implement corrective action plans for potential overruns or delays and communicate changes to customers and management.
• Oversee the creation of Health & Safety, Quality Assurance/Control plans and coordinate with regulatory agencies when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale engineering or construction projects onshore.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer relationship management.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.
