Onsite IT Support Engineer – Executive Support (L1/L2)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide high‑quality Level 1 and Level 2 technical assistance within an executive office environment. You will support senior leadership and other end‑users, ensuring seamless operation of workplace technology across Doha and other international offices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on support for Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, authentication and MFA issues.
• Provide floor‑walking assistance for meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, video‑conferencing equipment, printers and Wi‑Fi.
• Support users remotely across global locations.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and licensing.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS) and escalate when necessary.
• Manage device lifecycle activities such as provisioning, software installation and replacements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS and mobile device support.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (Wi‑Fi, VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Relevant certifications are a plus (MD‑102, MS‑102, MS‑900).
