Operations Specialist – Ride‑Hailing Platform

About the role

QarGo is seeking an Operations Specialist to drive the day‑to‑day performance of its ride‑hailing service in Lusail, Qatar. You will work closely with drivers, partners and internal teams to ensure smooth, high‑quality mobility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily ride‑hailing operations and monitor service quality.
• Support driver recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
• Track and analyse operational KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Develop and optimise processes to help scale the platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ride‑hailing, taxi, mobility or transportation‑technology operations.
• Strong understanding of driver onboarding, fleet management and daily operational workflows.
• Excellent coordination skills with drivers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Effective problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Experience monitoring operational KPIs and service quality metrics.
