Operations Supervisor for Vehicle Inspection Bays

About the role

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily ground operations at CashMyCar inspection bays located in designated Woqod Gas Stations, ensuring smooth vehicle evaluations, high throughput, and compliance with health, safety, and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of inspection appointments, maximizing unit capacity and conversion rates to live bidding submissions.
• Conduct financial reconciliations for closed deals, audit technical inspection reports, and ensure accurate application of the dual‑commission revenue model.
• Supervise and schedule Technical Inspectors, Purchase Executives, and Assistants, and coordinate vehicle logistics with drivers.
• Maintain, calibrate, and secure diagnostic tools and on‑site infrastructure, and verify AI‑engine inputs match physical findings.
• Handle customer complaints, work with the CRM department, and provide performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Vehicle Inspection or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in vehicle inspection, automotive operations, or similar supervisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage teams, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with diagnostic and calibration equipment used in vehicle inspections.
• Experience verifying AI‑driven evaluation data against physical inspection results.
