Operation/Shipment Executive

About the role

The Operation/Shipment Executive is responsible for coordinating and delivering efficient shipping services for LNG, LPG, tankers, OSV, sulphur and SPM vessels. Working closely with port authorities, suppliers and vessel masters, the role ensures smooth berthing, cargo operations and compliance with HSSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate LNG, LPG, tanker, OSV, sulphur and SPM vessel operations and handle all related shipping tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Liaise with port authorities to secure timely berthing and sailing, and obtain special permissions for hot work, painting, cargo shifting, etc.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation before vessel arrival and register vessels on the berthing line‑up.
• Board vessels on arrival, prior to sailing and during cargo operations to discuss operational issues.
• Follow up with the accounts department on outstanding payments and recover balances promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Delta 21, QMS, EMS and OHS management systems, and adhere to HSSE policies.
• Maintain the vessel turnaround with minimal delays and respond to shipping inquiries according to KPI targets.
• Support offshore projects, crew changes and small‑craft operations as allocated.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling LNG, LPG, tankers, OSV, sulphur and SPM vessels.
• Strong ability to liaise with port authorities, suppliers, masters and principals.
• Knowledge of HSSE policies, first‑aid, fire‑fighting and defensive‑driving procedures.
• Capability to prepare and manage shipping documentation and payment follow‑up.
• Commitment to service‑delivery procedures and quality management systems.
