About the role
Nair Systems is seeking an Oracle Fusion Support Engineer to provide functional and technical assistance for its Qatar operations. The role focuses on the Procurement, Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance modules of Oracle Fusion.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day‑to‑day functional and technical support, issue resolution and troubleshooting across Oracle Fusion Procurement, HCM and Finance.
- Perform minor configuration changes and system‑setup tasks.
- Assist finance teams with month‑end and period‑close activities.
- Resolve user queries, provide guidance and create ad‑hoc reports as requested by business users.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support, including logging and following up on service requests.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion applications, preferably in Procurement, HCM or Finance.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with end‑users and Oracle support teams.
- Ability to work under tight timelines, with a joining window of 2 weeks to 1 month.
