Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant will own day‑to‑day functional support of the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management application. Acting as the primary point of contact for business users, you will ensure the SCM environment runs smoothly, resolve tickets promptly and drive minor enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets and incidents related to Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Investigate functional issues across Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management and Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Coordinate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate resolutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a small support team.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, process optimisation and minor system enhancements.
• Monitor service levels, ensure SLA compliance and produce related reporting.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on functional experience with Oracle Fusion SCM.
• Proven experience in application support / BAU environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience leading or supporting a small support team.
• Track record of delivering enhancements and driving process improvements.
• Understanding of SLA management and service delivery standards.
